Surfside Cafe……Nearest coffee and breakfast.… the one closest to the sea on the prom at Caswell Bay….and they allow you to take dogs in too as long as they are well behaved. Nice selection of toasted sandwiches and hot chocolate.

Dogs on beaches
Dogs are not allowed on Caswell beach between May 1st and Sept 30th but there are many local beaches that allow dogs, here is a site which tells you more…

Co-op. the nearest place for bread and essentials is in Bishopston. It you turn left out of the chalet park, follow the road past the beach, up the hill and then turn left at the T junction. Follow the road for about 1/3 of a mile and you will find the Co-Op on your left.
Pharmacy. The closest is in Murton. Turn left out of the chalet park, follow the road to the t-junction, turn right and follow the road round past the Plough and Harrow pub, you will find the pharmacy on your left…..There is also one in Mumbles.
Murton Farm Shop, open Fridays and Saturdays has great range of fresh veg, fruit, and bread. You will find it on the right just past the Chapel and Pharmacy in Murton
Post Office……..there is one in Murton and one in Bishopston, one in Mumbles.
